金凤杰，女，山东阳谷人，毕业于山东师范大学美术系，高级美术师，

世界杰出华人协会会员、中国品牌文化研究发展中心研究员，现任山东省聊城市剪纸艺术家协会会长，被誉为“中国泼彩剪纸第一人”。

　　她出身剪纸世家，自幼研习书画、剪纸，擅画彩墨花鸟、人物，长期潜心研究中国剪纸艺术，深入社会调查研究民间文化，走访民间艺人，挖掘民间艺术，历尽艰辛，为保护我国非物质文化遗产的传承与保护默默的奉献着。几十年如一日痴迷剪纸创作，至今已创作剪纸作品千余幅。

　　其作品取材广泛，造型别致新颖，意境高远：独创泼彩剪纸技艺，把中国传统剪纸绝技与现代色彩绘画融为一体，折法不同、剪法不同、泼染方法不同，使得剪纸作品不尽相同，绚丽多姿的装饰效果令人惊叹，开创了泼彩剪纸艺术的先河。创作的系列佛像剪纸庄严宁静、和蔼可亲，传递着虔诚行善的信念。吉祥剪纸典雅优美、精致细腻，富有装饰趣味。民俗剪纸粗狂豪放，蕴涵着生活情趣和人生感悟。

　　金凤杰的作品在世界20多个国家流传，并被政府及社会名流作为珍贵礼品赠送外国元首和国内外著名人士，部分作品为展馆、寺院、收藏家所收藏。

A Brief Introduction of Ms. JIN Fengjie

    Ms. JIN Fengjie, from Yanggu County, Shandong Province, is a Chinese paper-cut senior artist. Graduated from the ArtDepartment, ShandongNormalUniversity, Ms. JIN, known as the best splash-color paper-cut artist in China, is a member of the World's Outstanding Chinese Association, a research fellow of Chinese Brands Cultural Research and DevelopmentCenter, and the president of Liaocheng Paper-cut Artists’ Association.

    Born of a paper-cut family origin, Ms. JIN has taken up painting and paper-cut ever since her childhood. She is specialized in traditional Chinese colored flower-and-bird painting and figure painting. Exclusively concentrated in pursuing the art of paper-cut, she has laboriously been studying the folk arts, visiting folk artists for tens of years, and as a fanatic of paper-cut art, she has created more than 1,000 different pieces of paper-cuts.

    The novel art works covered a wide range of interests, and contained a lofty artistic ambience. The unique splash-color paper-cut technique combines arts of the traditional Chinese paper-cut and modern color-painting harmoniously. The great variety of paper-cuts are created through different ways of paper-folding, paper-cutting, and different ways of coloring, and Ms. JIN is considered the leader in the art of splash-color paper-cut. Ms. JIN’s paper-cuts make wonderful pieces of florid adornments. Among her works there are different series of art forms. The heavenliness and amiability of the figures of Buddha convey a notion of piety and benevolence. The sophisticated and elegant works carrying the propitious omens make wonderful divertive adornments. While the folk custom paper-cuts, with freestyle and boldness, embody the feelings and reflections of life.

    Ms. JIN’s paper-cuts are spread over more than 20 countries. Government officials and eminent figures in the society present her works to leaders of foreign countries and famous people at home and abroad. Some of her works are kept in galleries, temples and by collectors.
